History

Freddie Carter founded the state burners motorcycle club in 1946, Freddie better know as Coffee was born in New Jersey and as one of the seven original members who road from State to State racing, trick riding, and partying eventually settling in Philadelphia.... hence the name State Burners.  The State Burners fly seven flames on their colors to represent those seven original members.  In 1970 Charles better known as Cowboy, became president and as the last original member he help develop chapters in Evansville IN, Denver CO, Knoxville TN, Barbourville KY, ST Louis MO, and Nomad of California.  The state burner’s motorcycle club was the first black club on the East Coast.  The brother and sisterhood they started lives on to this day.
